Reservations
Rilassare recommends scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.
A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. We hold this information
as part of our cancellation policy. You will not be billed until the day of your appointment, unless there is
a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.

Details of our cancellation policy are provided below.

Late Arrival
All spa appointments are scheduled to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your
late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals
will not be afforded extension of your scheduled service. Services will be rendered only for the
remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policies and Fees
Your spa services are reserved specifically for you. As our valued client, we respectfully ask that you
respect the scheduling policy we have in place at Rilassare. Should you need to cancel or reschedule,
please notify us at least 24 hours in advance; 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule groups
of three or more or three or more treatments.

  • Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice will be charged a cancellation for the amount of the
    scheduled service.
  • Clients who miss their appointments without any prior notification will be charged the full amount of
    the scheduled service.

Health Conditions
At the time of booking, it is important that you advise us of any health conditions, allergies, injuries,
recent surgeries, pregnancy or special needs which may affect your services.

Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in the price of spa services or spa packages. Should you wish to tip your
therapist, customary tipping runs 15% to 20% but is, of course, at your discretion. You may tip the
therapist in the room, where envelopes are provided, or upon check out at the front desk with cash
only.

Personal Belongings
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home or keep them with you at all times. Rilassare is not
responsible for lost or misplaced items.

Series of Services
We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any spa services that
are purchased. At the discretion of the spa, should a refund be necessary, the client will receive a spa
credit of equal value.

When you schedule your appointment with Rilassare, you are agreeing to these policies.
